The Board of Directors takes committee engagement very seriously and values the input of every member serving on a committee. To that end, attendance is monitored regularly to ensure that all committee appointees are making their best effort to attend all committee meetings. Please be aware that three consecutive unexcused absences from committee meetings shall constitute an automatic resignation, per the INA Bylaws. If a committee member contacts the chair or INA staff regarding an expected absence in advance of any meeting, they are excused and the absence is not counted against their attendance record. Please refer to the INA Bylaws for more details.
