About the INA Town Hall Series We want to hear from YOU! INA would like to engage with you to share information and learn from Iowa nurses about the very important topics of DEI, Workplace Violence, Innovation in Nursing, and Advocacy and how they impact nursing professionals. The virtual town halls are designed as an informal, open forum, event where we invite you to join the conversation and share your suggestions for ways to improve nursing in Iowa. Our objective is to provide support to Iowa's nurses as well as develop goals and initiatives that support the needs of nurses that align with INA's mission and vision. Our Mission is to connect, support, and advocate for nurses and healthcare in Iowa. Our Vision is for INA to advocate for Iowa Nurses. Together, we promote the growth of the profession, guide nursing practice, and monitor current issues in nursing. Our strength is to stay engaged, by advocating for and connecting with Iowa nurses in the diverse, dynamic healthcare environment. The event is complimentary and is open to all nurses in Iowa.
